Syng We In Thys Hall, Hurly Burly's Latest CD Hurly Burly blends moving a capella pieces with energetic instrumentals and upbeat songs that include both voice and instruments. Instruments used on this recording include recorders, harp, flute, psaltery, dulcimer, period fiddle, rackett, lute-guitar, and percussion.
The CD was recorded by Jay Edmunds in the of summer 2004 at Karina Bates' farm in Omemee, ON Canada.
Three things we forgot to mention in the liner notes: The black and white pictures were taken by Karina Bates, the CD liner notes and layout were designed by Tanah Haney, and the picture on the cover is a period medieval illustration of the Madonna and child, owned by Ken Field.
